Hello, for those that get on the quest where you have to go find Agent Kearmen is bugged, but there is a way around it. Completing this quest is very easy. Accept the proper quest til you get "Secrets of the tower" enter the tower and go on up. In order to use the shrouding potion you have to click on your toon so you are your own target. The potion can now be activated. The bug is you won't be able to see helix or the shadow lady. That doesn't mean the quest is entirely bugged. I managed to complete it by using the potion jumping down and exiting the tower, abandoned the quest to find a ? Over the agent, thus allowing me to complete it fairly easy.
