· If you find a bug, please immediately report the issue to MoltenWoW Staff via in game ticket or the forums. If you don't report it, we will consider you are abusing the bug and ban you.
· Be friendly and respectful to all other players. People found insulting/cursing others frequently, will be muted, or banned shall the situation demand it. Real life threats instantly qualify for a ban, there is no excuses, this is a game, we won't tolerate threats outside of it.
· Using any 3rd party hacking program or ingame bug to gain unfair advantage will result in a ban.
· Tickets are the ONLY allowed way to contact a GM. Using global or whisper to ask questions or to tell them to attend your case will result in a mute.
· Do not ask for ticket reading. Even if GM's are online, GM's work for free in their spare time and they have many things to attend, so please be patient and don't spam them to read your ticket, they will read it when they can. Doing so can lead to a mute or ban.
· It's not allowed to advertise other servers, doing so will result in an IP ban.
Global Channels Specific Rules (global, market and lfg)
· Do NOT spam, use caps, colored text or use text macros that write several lines (or the same line repeated). Any repetition of words in a short period of time will be considered Spam. Spammers will be muted or banned.
· The ONLY allowed language in Global is English. Any talk in another language will be considered spam and punished accordingly. If you wish to chat in another language, you can create a /language channel, like /german, /russian, etc... and chat with your country mates there.
· Looking for More, and other sort of recurrent texts, are only allowed on lfg channel and should only happen ONCE every 5 minutes. If you do it more, it will be considered spam and qualify for a mute.
· Wanting to Sell and Wanting to buy texts are only allowed on market channel
· Guild Recruitment Ads are allowed in global, but only ONCE every 1h. Remember that global is not a guild recruiting channel so help us keep it clean.
· Any bashing on the GM's will be punished. If you think some GM didn't do his job well or don't agree with their decisions, you should respectfully talk to him in private (ticket or PM in forum), or talk the matter to the GM Supervisor (Eboleth). Disrespecting them or using global to bash them will lead to a mute or ban.
· Do not ask for unbanning, we always make sure of the action before banning. We don't care if it was your 5 year old little bro or if you were drunk, you are the only one responsible for the actions on your account. However, if you really think your ban was unfair, you can talk to the GM Supervisor, Eboleth.
· Do not trade or sell accounts through this channel, doing so will result in a mute. Also such trades are completely unsupported. If you loose your account or suffer any loss while trying to trade it, we won't help you.
